"a day with a demi-god"

gods are in heaven
but i think not
your presence is strong
like a bolt of lightning
the strength of your shine
is much brighter than you are
is it because i'm here
with you along the daylight...

mortals are envied
by the gods superior to them
for they can decide whatever
the freedom is cast unto them
i can decide
if i can stay longer
but can you stand the chances
of my absence if ever?

you are not the god
for you have no literal power
you are the one whom i trusted
to care of my endangered heart
but now i am living
not under your shine
i was left by you
under the tyranny of your gods

i leave you now
and return no more
please be in disposition
to decide on your own
break the supremacy
in your hands be thrown
for a day with a demi-god
is like living dethroned...
